NetworX Event Delegate Terms

As a Delegate, I agree to the following NetworX terms and conditions set out by CxO Institute.

The Delegate hereby confirms that they are appropriately qualified to attend the event and will act in good faith, proactively engaging in both the event format and the pre-event organisation. The Delegate will also conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner at all times.

There is no financial obligation for a Delegate to attend the event; however, full participation for the agreed evening is expected. The Delegate is also expected to arrive promptly and stay for the duration of the event.

The Delegate attends the event as a Company representative named on the Application Form. In the event that the Delegate is no longer an employee of the said Company, the Delegate's booking is no longer valid.

A Delegate who cannot attend the event agrees to substitute a suitable replacement from the same organisation at a similar organisational level and expertise, and the substitute will also agree to the above terms and conditions.

The Delegate is expected to know their VIP status as an event attendee and understand that their withdrawal will impact others in attendance. Therefore, they should inform us in writing if they must withdraw and provide reasonable notice.

When you apply to be a Delegate, you must consent to us collecting and storing your personal information. We will only use the personal data you supplied to administer our events. To assist networking, we may share your information with other peers and sponsoring companies in connection with an event that you are attending. In these circumstances, the personal data made available will be limited to the necessary information required for the event and will be supplied strictly on the condition that it is only used for that purpose.

By registering for an event, you agree to use your personal data, including your email address and phone number, for marketing purposes through email and SMS campaigns. You can opt-out at any time.
