Upon receiving this document, you have accepted the terms and conditions of attendance and your representative will send you the most relevant updates and industry stories.

Three weeks prior to Event
You will receive instructions to prioritise your appointment schedule. Every aspect of the event has been designed to maximise the return on your investment of time spent away from the office. The normal balance of your time spent during the day as an executive is 60% in workshops and 40% in meetings.

Final logistics will be sent to you with relevant location details. You will receive your days schedule upon registration when you arrive.

Driving Directions
From Terminals 1 & 3: follow exit signs and go through the tunnel staying in the right-hand lane. Follow signs for A4 local traffic, take 3rd exit at Emirates Roundabout sign posted A4 Central London. Go through the traffic lights at the top and continue about 0.5 miles through a further set of lights. The hotel is on the left hand side. From Terminal 4: follow exit signs taking the A30 towards Central London for 2 miles. Take A312 to Hayes for 1/2 a mile and then the A4 towards Heathrow Terminal 1& 3 and continue for 1/2 a mile. The hotel is on the right hand side.Hotel direction: 3.2 km N from Heathrow Airport. This hotel does not provide a shuttle service. Alternative transport: WeKnow Electric Car Transfer on request

The following local buses are free of charge only to and from the destinations detailed below.
Local buses to and from Terminals 1,2,3 (Central Bus Station) Bus numbers: 105, 111, 140, 285. Frequency approximately every 15/20 minutes, journey time 10 minutes. From Hatton Cross station you can get the 90, 285 or 432 to Harlington corner which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Local buses to and from Terminal 4 Bus number: 555 Frequency approximately every 30 minutes, journey time 20 minutes.
Local buses to and from Terminal 5 Bus number: 423 Frequency approximately every 20 minutes, journey time 20 minutes Bus numbers: 105, 111, 140, 285, 423 all depart for the airport from Harlington Corner bus stop and arrive back from the airport to New Road bus stop in front of the hotel.
Bus number: 555 departs for the airport from New Road bus stop in front of the hotel and arrives back from the airport to Harlington Corner bus stop. Complimentary Public buses from Heathrow Central towards Kingston, Harrow Weald or Greenford Bus numbers: 105,111,140,285 from Stop A.
Wifi access is available throughout the venue and there will be an onsite AV team should you have any questions.
For speakers, there will be an AV team onsite should you need assistance regarding your presentation. A laptop will be provided for those with speaking presentations, however please feel free to bring your own and inform us of any external cables that are required to support your device. Upon arrival, please report to the reception and ask to be directed to Paula Carey.

Terms & Conditions
As a Delegate I agree to the following terms and conditions set out by GB Intelligence Ltd and Global Business Intelligence LLC. These terms and conditions, and the delegate registration form submitted by the Delegate, comprise the agreement between the Delegate and GB Intelligence Ltd and Global Business Intelligence LLC governing the Delegates participation and attendance at the event. To ensure that the Delegate receives maximum value from the sessions and the pre-arranged one-to-one meetings, the Delegate will be directed to complete a profile for inclusion on the Global CIO Institute website. GB Intelligence Ltd and Global Business Intelligence LLC will provide profiles of Sponsors/Solution Partner organisations and other Delegates to assist the Delegate in the selection process for one-to-one meetings. A deadline will be specified by which time session selections and meeting choices must be submitted to us. Participation in pre-arranged one-to-one meetings is at the discretion of GB Intelligence Ltd and Global Business Intelligence LLC. The Delegate agrees to complete and return all Delegate profiling, meetings and workshop selections before the requested deadlines, as specified by GB Intelligence Ltd and Global Business Intelligence LLC. GB Intelligence Ltd and Global Business Intelligence LLC will not be held liable to the Delegate for any change in the number or identity of other attendees or for any attendees who do not keep scheduled meetings. The Delegate hereby confirms they will participate in a minimum of one (1) full day’s participation, including attendance to their pre-arranged networking meetings (if applicable). The Delegate hereby confirms that they are appropriately qualified for attendance at the event and will conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner at all times. If the event is cancelled or postponed by GB Intelligence Ltd and Global Business Intelligence LLC due to events or circumstances beyond reasonable control, we will reschedule the event and the Delegate will be transferred to the appropriate re-scheduled event within 12 months. There is no financial obligation for a Delegate to attend the event full participation for the entire event is expected. A Delegate who is unable to attend the event may nominate a suitable replacement from the same organisation, at a similar organisational level and expertise. If a Delegate cancels their attendance and does not provide a suitable replacement a cancellation fee of £1,000 (+VAT when in connection with GB Intelligence Ltd) is to be paid. Cancellation fees are in place to mitigate against any loss to GB Intelligence Ltd and Global Business Intelligence LLC caused by failure to attend or send replacement. Delegates are responsible for the cost of gratuities that might include the following expenses: Use of leisure facilities at the venue, Parking, Alcohol (where applicable), Travel, any other items not arranged by GB Intelligence Ltd and Global Business Intelligence LLC as part of the event. When you apply to be a Delegate you MUST consent to us collecting and storing your personal information. You will not be able to complete your registration process without consenting to us storing your personal data. We will only use the personal data supplied by you for the purposes of administering our events. In certain circumstances we may transfer/share your information to our sponsoring companies in connection with an event that you are attending. In these circumstances the personal data made available will be limited to the necessary information required for the event and will be supplied strictly on condition it is only used for that purpose. By registering for an event you agree to us using your personal data including email address and phone number for marketing purposes through email and SMS campaigns. You are able to opt out at any time. CIO Institute events will be recorded and content may be used for marketing purposes.
